We have developed a highly efficient operating system producing gourmet products and service that is remarkably fast and efficient.Stores typically range from 500 to 1400 square feet and are located in entertainment facilities, tourism areas, high-density urban markets, transportation terminals and places where people gather throughout the day for food and fun.
In addition to our obsession to provide the highest level of customer service, we emphasize sampling and catering to further promote and add revenue to each store. As a result, franchisees must be leaders with outgoing personalities, driven to succeed and willing to be involved in the local community surrounding their location.

In the tradition of the carnival barker, our franchisees must have the gift of gab and the knowledge, experience and desire to hawk the world's greatest sausage sandwiches and hot dogs.
All of our unique gourmet sausages are individually created by Jody Maroni, the Sausage King of Venice Beach. They are always grilled and served on a fresh-baked onion roll and smothered in sautéed onions and peppers. Along with our World Famous Sausages, our menu includes other American classics including our Coney Island-style All-Beef Hot Dog.

Training: Training will take place in the Los Angeles area including field training at local stores and classroom training at the Jody Maroni's Support Center. Training is approximately one week and consists of six 9-hour days. We also provide on-site support for five days just prior to and after opening the new location.
