It provides a residential feel and value added amenities for the special needs of long term stays at a reasonable cost. MainStay Suites is positioned to maximize the return on investment because the extended stay segment experience occupancy premiums and the new, value engineered prototype delivers a very low per room cost.

Training & Support

We provide a wide array of exceptional education and training opportunities for you and your staff during the start up process and throughout the life of your franchise, both at your property and at The Learning Center, Choice's corporate training facility in Silver Spring, MD.

An intense five day program that covers the essentials, including Human Resources, Front Desk Management, Risk Management, Maintenance Operations, Housekeeping Operations, Financial Management, Sales & Marketing. Plus instructions on Choice's Property Management Systems, Reservations Systems and ChoiceCentral are available.

A Brand Performance Consultant is assigned to your hotel as your primary support to help maximize your revenues. They guide you through the opening process, offer ongoing assistance in operations and marketing to make sure you access the full spectrum of Choice resources, and monitor quality assurance standards for your brand.

The Centralized Help Desk is available to answer your questions about the most effective operation of your hotel and the many revenue enhancing opportunities available to each franchise.
